2022 Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Shattered Backboard” Release Date

The Shattered Backboard theme is set to return on the Air Jordan 1 this year. Kickstarted in 2015, the SBB line became an instant fan favorite. Now, seven years later, a new women’s exclusive iteration is on the way. This upcoming release will take place in September with a retail price of $170USD. The shoe draws inspiration from its predecessors and the iconic story of Michael Jordan shattering a backboard during a 1985 exhibition game in Italy. Additionally, rumors are suggesting that this release is also inspired by Hermes Birkin Bags.
