Nike Kobe 5 Protro “5 Rings” Release Date

Although Mamba Week has passed, that does not mean there will not be more Kobe 5 releases. Nike has been releasing a mix of classic and new colorways and plans to keep that going for a little longer. One classic release that will be returning in Protro form this year will be the “5 Rings” colorway. First released in 2010, the shoe celebrates Kobe’s fifth NBA championship. Now, a decade later, the sneaker will be released with upgraded performance specs for fans of the Black Mamba.
